Griselda is a member of the Regional Executive Director of Operations in the Southeast. She is responsible for the day to day operations of all Southeast Florida facilities and provides oversight to members of the Executive Directors Management Team. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and management services, clinical consultation, organizational development, and restructuring.
Prior to joining Delphi Behavioral Health Group, Griselda worked as a Clinical Specialist, Program Manager, and Behavioral Health Therapist, providing behavioral health services, project management, quality assurance and compliance, administrative management, operations, programmatic restructuring, workflow management, program analysis and evaluation, as well as staff development and training.
Griselda earned her BSW at Florida Atlantic University and her MSW at Florida International University. She has volunteered at Tomorrow’s Rainbow, (a program for childhood grief and loss) and has participated in, Walk in My Shoes, bringing awareness towards the prevention of sexual abuse and assault.
