Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer, Dominic Sirianni, is a New York native who made his way to South Florida in the year 2000.
It was then that he began to work in the substance abuse treatment field as a volunteer at a detox facility in Miami. Dominic eventually earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Florida International University in addition to becoming a Certified Addiction Professional.
For almost twenty years, Dominic has worked in every aspect of the substance abuse field, from overnight tech to CEO.
His duties at Delphi Behavioral Health Group include guiding the company’s growth and strategy and helping to eliminate the stigma associated with the disease of addiction.
In his spare time, Dominic runs a book club with his wife and assists her with raising funds for Chapman Partnership for the Homeless.
He also enjoys playing the bass guitar and competing in powerlifting competitions. Dominic currently holds the USAPL Florida state record in the bench press.

Linda Earhart
Linda Earhart serves the Behavioral Health Community through her role as Chief Operations Officer at Delphi. As a member of the executive team charged with setting the company’s strategic direction, Linda maintains high standards for care and lives the core values of compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence. Linda leads the day-to-day field operations of the company, incorporating various departmental activities to ensure that quality, regulatory and financial goals are met.
Linda comes to Delphi as a senior healthcare executive with 30 years of cumulative leadership roles, most recently as Group Vice President of Operations at Fresenius Medical Care and prior to that, Chief Administrative Officer at Ambulatory Services of America. She brings experience to her role from not-for-profit, private and public organizations which include both hospital-based and freestanding multi-site operations.
Linda holds a Master of Business degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Nursing degree from The University of Akron. She welcomes ongoing opportunities for continued learning and service through her work at Delphi Behavioral Health Group. In her spare time, Linda enjoys running, including a couple Half Marathons each year, as well as creating new memories with her family and friends. She is active in her local community and volunteers for Girls on the Run-NEO and Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

Michael Borkowski works as the Chief Financial Officer at Delphi Behavioral Health Group, where he plans to continue expanding clinical and financial strategies to enhance Delphi’s treatment facility services and broaden their geographical market. Previously working at a public accounting firm, which served various clients in the substance abuse treatment field, Michael saw an opportunity to grow a new and upcoming company determined to help people regain their health and overcome addiction.
Awarded as one of the Top 26 Certified Public Accountants under the age of 36 by the Florida Institute of CPAs, Michael hopes to take his experience and use it to further the future of Delphi and make a difference in the community. He already plays an active role in the South Florida community, participating as a Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce in Pompano Beach, Florida, and currently sits on the Grievance Committee of Fort Lauderdale. In his spare time, Michael spends time with his family at home or catching up with his favorite Florida sports teams. Since joining Delphi in March 2016, he considers his life and work both rewarding and fulfilling, and strives to bring this level of happiness to Delphi’s clients.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of New Jersey. He has worked in various management capacities in the addiction treatment field since his transition from banking in 1999. Various titles Michael has had include Operations Director, Marketing Director, Clinical Director, and Chief Operating Officer within various modalities and organizations. Michael’s well-rounded experience and commitment to addiction treatment make him well suited to his role as Senior Vice President at Delphi Behavioral Health Group.

Michael’s mentors have included Charles Stucky and Riley Regan. “The men in this field who mentored me and role modeled excellence and professionalism marked by intuitive empathy will influence my decision making concerning client care and program development for perpetuity.” Michael understands that Delphi needs to continually scan the environment for changes in funding, innovations in best practices, and balancing both to maintain program integrity and excellence.

Thomas Sibilia is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Delphi Behavioral Health Group, where he ensures all facility programs pass state and insurance regulations. Previously working at Recovery Grove, Thomas has worked in more than 10 different treatment centers and has played every role and position involved in the treatment industry. He also received his Certification in Addiction Counseling to help clients throughout their recovery process.
Thomas hopes to set the highest examples for all of Delphi’s treatment facility programs by raising them across the board and surpassing the current standard of the treatment industry held today. His outlook on Delphi’s future remains positive and hopeful. He looks forward to watching the company grow and will continue to help others with substance abuse and mental health treatment.

Vice President of Business Development

Candice Winikoff works as the Vice President of Business Development for Delphi Behavioral Health Group, where she works to expand Delphi’s brand, network and team In order to reach even more people in need of substance use disorder and mental health services. Candice has worked in the treatment field since 2012 and saw a huge opportunity to work with the forward-thinking, client-centric team at Delphi beginning in 2015. In her spare time Candice loves spending time with her husband, daughter and dog and never passes us the chance for a Peleton ride!
Candice’s role at Delphi encompasses many areas, all of which aim to broaden the company’s reach so that more organizations, professionals, and individuals are aware of the scope and quality of the services offered at DBHG. Candice currently serves as president of the South Florida EAP and Behavioral Health Network board and sits on the planning committee for Broward Recovery Month. In her spare time, Candice loves to spend time with her husband and dog and never passes up a good spin class.
Marie Palomino
Vice President of Compliance and Legal Affairs

Marie Palomino serves as Vice President of Compliance and Legal Affairs for all of the Delphi Behavioral Health Group facilities across the United States. Marie joined the Delphi Team with over a decade of combined experience in legal and compliance matters, healthcare, and mental health counseling.
Prior to joining the Delphi Team, Marie oversaw the Office of Hospital Partnerships and Compliance for a medical education institution where her office was responsible for ensuring compliance with affiliation agreements, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards for medical education programs in 30 hospitals across the country. As a licensed attorney, Marie has experience in a wide range of commercial and business legal matters. Prior to her legal career, Marie was a mental health therapist focusing her practice on individual and family counseling of substance abuse treatment services.
Throughout her many years at Florida International University, Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Science Degree in Counselor Education, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the College of Law. Marie is licensed by the Florida Bar and by the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She is also a Certified HIPAA Security Professional and Notary Public.
Edward Waddington
Vice President of Admissions

Eddie’s experience in the addiction treatment field started in 2011 as an admissions coordinator. Prior to joining the Delphi family in 2016, Eddie helped grow a nationally recognized company in the Philadelphia region as the director of admissions and then as the director of client care. His internal experience and his genuine personality have helped him cultivate relationships with providers and professionals across the country. Eddie’s vision of treating substance use disorders fell in line with the vision of Delphi Behavioral Health Group to offer multiple approaches and truly individualize a treatment plan. Prior to moving to California, he helped expand the Mid-Atlantic region as Delphi’s business development manager for Maryland House Detox.
Eddie’s role as the vice president of admissions helps Delphi reach more people in need of treatment. His team takes an approach best described by a quote from Rabindranath Tagore. “I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.”
Eddie formerly served on the Board of The Men’s Home, in Alexandria, VA, a non-profit sober living for men in the Northern Virginia Area before relocating to Orange County in California. He also volunteers his time to the local high schools in his community where he speaks on prevention and peer leadership. In his spare time, you can find Eddie playing flag football, softball, surfing, golfing, or studying as he continues his education.

Griselda Perez

As the Regional Executive Director of Operations in the Southeast, Griselda is responsible for the day to day operations of all Southeast Florida facilities and provides oversight to members of the Executive Directors Management Team. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and management services, clinical consultation, organizational development, and restructuring.
Prior to joining Delphi Behavioral Health Group, Griselda worked as a Clinical Specialist, Program Manager, and Behavioral Health Therapist, providing behavioral health services, project management, quality assurance and compliance, administrative management, operations, programmatic restructuring, workflow management, program analysis and evaluation, as well as staff development and training.
Griselda earned her BSW at Florida Atlantic University and her MSW at Florida International University. She has volunteered at Tomorrow’s Rainbow, (a program for childhood grief and loss) and has participated in, Walk in My Shoes, bringing awareness towards the prevention of sexual abuse and assault.
Anthony Cibene

Anthony Cibene is a South Florida native whose journey came full circle six years ago when he relocated back to Florida from South Carolina to become involved in the recovery community, a community he felt compelled to help. At Ocean Breeze Recovery, Anthony progressed from admissions coordinator to the Director of Admissions. Now as the Director of Media for Delphi, he hopes to continue to brand and innovate the healthcare field with his team. Currently, he is working toward a Master’s degree in Marketing at Nova Southeastern University.
Although he’s taking on new challenges, Anthony likes to keep a relaxed and positive attitude. With his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Anthony is a testament to clients going through treatment and is proof that recovery can work even at the youngest of age.
Drew Kuchta
Senior Director of Admissions

Drew Kuchta has been involved in the recovery community since 2007. In 2008, he started in the field as a tech, and by 2009, he was working in admissions for American Addiction Centers. Originally from Connecticut, Drew is driven by making clients his first priority and improving the quality of care at Delphi Behavioral Health Group’s treatment and detox facilities in South Florida. As Senior Director of Admissions, he manages team building, hiring, and recruiting systems as well as oversees all of the managers and representatives of the admissions team.
Outside of the office, Drew can be found sporting his jersey number 23 as a hockey player for the local men’s league in Palm Beach. As a practicing sports shooter, he is also passionate about hitting his target of building a team that is conducive toward the standards practiced at Delphi.
Michael Yadgaroff
Director of Intake

Michael “Yaggie” Yadgaroff joined Delphi Behavioral Health Group as the Director of Intake, whose responsibilities include managing the intake department, overseeing pre-admission assessment for insurance benefits, and making sure all clients enter the facilities safely. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he became inspired to get involved from his personal time spent in treatment. His journey began as a tech for a treatment facility, which prompted his career at Ocean Breeze Recovery. He’s been with the treatment center for three years and is committed to growing Delphi and helping it become successful.
Michael has a zeal for life and is very people-oriented. He enjoys spending time with friends, cheering on his favorite sports teams, watching horror movies, and traveling to different places. He ultimately plans to travel and explore the world. He’s also involved in an outreach program that helps feed the homeless in South Florida. His ambition for helping recovering addicts stems from his passion for helping clients reach their full potential.
Dale Thomas
Director of Utilization Review

Dale Thomas is from the small central Florida town of Moore Haven. After graduating high school, Dale went into the US Army where he worked on HAWK missile radars both in Alabama and in Wurzburg, Germany. Following the army, he returned to Florida to help manage his family’s road construction business. During the next 25 years, Dale became a Certified Addiction Professional and earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
In 2009, Dale and his wife moved to Broward County, Florida to help transform a men’s sober living residence into a much-needed residence for women in early recovery. It was during this time that he was also involved in helping get Ocean Breeze Recovery started.
As time progressed, Dale was a part of every aspect of the treatment center from case management to addiction therapy, ultimately settling into the role of Utilization Review for Ocean Breeze.
Today, Dale is the Director of Utilization Review for Delphi Health Group. His team works diligently to obtain authorizations for our clients so they can begin and continue their journey in recovery.
On his free time, Dale enjoys golfing as well as spending time with his family and Maltese Tucker.

JoAnn Venuto, CPA, is the Corporate Controller of Delphi Health Holdings, LLC. She brings many years of accounting experience from both private and public companies and is experienced in financial reporting and operational and process initiatives, as well as depth in financial systems and their implementation. She began her career in public accounting and was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche in Charlotte, North Carolina. JoAnn served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of several publicly traded companies in diverse industries, including IVAX Pharmaceutical and Parlux Fragrances.
Danyelle Rockmore
Director of NE Intake

Danyelle considers herself to be an experienced, charismatic, energetic and highly accomplished organizational leader. She is backed by over 20 years of experience as an SME in high-pressure sales and has a strong ability to manage multiple business objectives while creating and organizing team-building initiatives that drive healthy competitive growth and business success.
Danyelle recently joined Delphi as the director of intake for New Jersey and is looking forward to growing the current team in the Northeast call center.
She graduated from Webster University with a masters in management and leadership as well as her MBA (Master of Business Administration) which has helped her transition to the sales leader that she has become.

Carlos serves as the director of content and SEO at Delphi Behavioral Health Group, ensuring that the websites, advertisements, and print material are optimized to help promote Delphi’s mission to bring a new standard of quality to the addiction treatment industry in the US. Graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics, Carlos has translated his love for language to fuel a passion for marketing, eventually getting his master’s degree in digital marketing from the University of Florida. Before coming to Delphi, he wrote and managed content for an immigration law firm and also worked as a social media specialist for a marketing agency. In his free time, Carlos enjoys being outdoors, investing in real estate, and spending time with his wife and son at their home in Jacksonville, FL.

Teri Malone works as the facilities accounting manager for Delphi Behavioral Health Group, where she ensures that the treatment and detox facility’s business offices are aligned with Delphi’s corporate accounting department. In this role, Teri oversees the business office managers in their day-to-day duties ranging from facilitating client funds to the daily business needs of the facility. Teri also works directly under the corporate controller and CFO, where she assists the accounting department with month-end closing procedures for all of the Delphi companies.
In 2014 Teri onboarded with Pathway to Hope as a business office manager and moved to corporate in 2017 under her current title. It was at Pathway where she was captivated by the staff and their genuine passion for helping those with substance abuse. Teri holds a BS in accounting and looks forward to obtaining a masters in accounting at Florida Atlantic University. In her spare time, she enjoys being a mom, jogging, shopping, and spending time outdoors.
Alyse Mitchell
Intake Manager

Alyse is the intake manager manager at Delphi. She is responsible for overseeing all of our internal business-to-business interactions as well as reviewing insurance benefits, pre-assessments, and bed-to-bed transfers from outside medical facilities. She has been with Delphi for 2 years now, starting as a phone rep and quickly moving up to manager in 2017. 5 years ago, she went through the program at one of our facilities, Pathway to Hope, and has remained clean ever since. She has recently graduated from the C.A.C school here at Delphi and can now obtain her certified addiction counseling license. She is also working on getting her A.A at Broward College.
In her free time, Alyse likes to paddle board, read, and travel. She also runs a non-profit clothing donation organization for those suffering from addiction that are homeless and in need of clothes called “Mat’s Closet”. She started it in memory of her ‘little brother’ Mat, who passed away from an overdose in 2017. They aim to provide clothes for free to addicts in need. As a Pennsylvania native, she also loves fishing and the outdoors.

Veronica LaChance serves as an client experience manager for the Delphi Behavioral Health Group corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. She brings over seven years of admissions experience in the behavioral health industry. She joined Delphi Behavioral Health Group in 2016 and due to her hard work and dedication, she earned an award for Most Valuable Team Member. Veronica has a passion for helping people, whether it is a client seeking help or those she works with. This is why she is a perfect fit at Delphi.
In her current role as intake manager, she helps manage the intake department by overseeing and assisting in the admission process from start to finish.
Veronica earned her B.A.S at Broward College for supervision and management with honors. She is also volunteer at 4Kids of South Florida and feels passionate about mentoring the youth. In her free time, she likes to cook, spend time with close friends and family, enjoy the outdoors, and travel as often as her schedule allows.

Keith came to Delphi Health Group in 2016 with over 7 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field. During his time in the field, he has held positions from admissions coordinator to director of admissions. Keith is currently part of the admission managers team where he makes sure that the day-to-day operations in admissions run smoothly. Keith has a passion for helping guide people into treatment and alleviating their fears.
Before moving into the addiction treatment field, Keith was an assistant golf professional where he helped organize a number of charitable events. He also attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where he studied the culinary arts. As a Florida native, Keith enjoys spending his free time golfing. When he is not working or on the golf course, he is spending time with family and friends.
Ryan Lewis
Intake Manager

Ryan Lewis joined Delphi Behavioral Health Group as an intake representative. Soon after that, he was promoted to admissions manager, whose responsibilities include managing the intake representatives, overseeing pre-admission assessment for insurance benefits, and making sure all clients enter the facilities safely.
Born and raised in Long Valley, NJ, he moved to Florida shortly after college to better his career. He was inspired to work in the treatment industry after the sudden loss of his sister due to an overdose. Since this tragedy, he has decided to dedicate his life to helping others who are struggling from addiction. Whether it’s at work or in his local community, he tries to inspire hope and lend a hand to anyone in need. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
Patrick Downes
Business Development Manager

Patrick works as the regional manager of business development in New England. He brings over 8 years of business development experience to Delphi Behavioral Health Group and has been an advocate for treatment and recovery in his own community of Providence, Rhode Island for the past 12 years. Patrick began working in the substance abuse field in 2007 and has held positions in nearly every facet of treatment. The mission at Delphi aligns with his personal beliefs on treatment and recovery and his passion for helping others is evident through his work to help individuals find hope and recovery.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys traveling with his wife, working on his golf game, and seeking out the best espresso every city has to offer.
Grant Stiner
Admissions Manager

Grant graduated from Auburn University with a bachelors in science, where he majored in rehabilitation and disability study. Grant completed over 800 observational hours in physical therapy clinics while assisting in after school programs for children with disabilities. He also has his 2-15 health insurance license in the state of Florida.
Grant started working with Delphi over a year ago in the business development intake team and has since been promoted to a management position. He is also currently finishing up his Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) course.
Outside of Delphi, Grant has been involved with Living Skills in the schools program in Palm Beach County. Within that program, he is a recovery speaker, traveling to schools throughout the county to share his experience as an individual in recovery and the dangers of substance abuse. He has shared his message with over one thousand students in the county over the past two years. Grant also volunteers weekly at a Celebrate Recovery group, playing music for the church there for the past two years.
In his free time, Grant enjoys playing pickup basketball and attending concerts. His favorite band is Phish, and whenever he gets the chance, he enjoys traveling to see their live concerts. “Set the gearshift for the high gear of your soul. You’ve got to run like an Antelope… out of control.”
James MacKnight
Evening Manager of Intake

James MacKnight began his career at Delphi Behavioral Health Group a little less than three years ago as an overnight intake representative. Continually being recognized for his reliably, dedication, and passion for helping others, he consistently moved up the company ladder to his current position as evening manager of intake.
James’s commitment to continuing education and career development has recently led him to fulfill the classroom hour requirements to obtain his C.A.C. Additionally, he has a B.A. in communications and rhetoric.
In his current position at Delphi as evening manager of intake, his responsibilities include overseeing and coaching the evening intake representatives, reviewing insurance benefits and assessments, as well as ensuring that patients are successfully admitted to the proper facilities.
Originally from New York, James moved to South Florida six and a half years ago for a fresh start and to escape the NY winters. Here he met his wife of four years, Karolina and they share two beautiful children together James, who is four years old, and Klaire, who is two.

As senior media manager, Lori is responsible for overseeing all offline and online media initiatives, social media, and email marketing. She joins the Delphi team with more than a decade of experience in direct response marketing, having worked for companies like Medical Alert and Nutrisystem.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their 2 daughters, Abby, and Macie, reading James Patterson books, rooting for the Philadelphia sports teams, and alma mater Penn State. She and her husband are also both passionate advocates for their daughter Macie and others who suffer from epilepsy.
